Apply

This process starts with applying to be in our program. From there we will go over all of the applications and hand pick the top 10-15 companies that we think show the most promise for growth. At this point we will bring those business owners in for an interview. This is one of the most important aspects of the process since this is the time where we get to sit down and talk to the business owner one-on-one and see what they are thinking and where they want the business to go. Lastly, after these interviews, we will choose 3-5 businesses to partner with.


Partner

Once we have decided to partner with your business, we will then sit down and do a deep dive into your business. We will look at ways to save money through processes. We will look at ways to grow through marketing, partnerships, and even acquisition. We will also look at the amount of funding your business needs to really ramp up growth. We’re not looking to simply change a handful of processes and then grow your business slowly. We want to ramp it up quickly and 3x, 5x, or even 10x your business within months, not years. And sometimes that takes capital. Capital will help us do many things. Those can be buy equipment, buy software, increase the marketing, bring on additional employees, etc. We are going to do whatever is necessary to grow the business as quickly as possible.


Growth

Now once you’ve applied, interviewed, and decided to partner with us, we will head directly into the growth stage of the partnership. This is really where the rubber meets the road. We will start immediately finding ways to grow the business at a rapid pace. Because of the revenue model in place, it is in our interest to grow the business as quickly as possible, so be ready for a deep dive into the business and then everyone involved to work on growing revenue and lowering costs from day one. The pace will be quick, but we can promise that when you look back 6, 12, and 18 months from now, you’ll be glad you partnered with us.


Cost

The cost to be a partner with us is 5% of revenue growth. Meaning, if your business currently has $20,000 in monthly revenue, and after a few months you start doing $3o,000 in monthly revenues, then the payment to us would be 5% of the $10,000 in growth, or $500. The reason we came up with this revenue model is because we are all business owners. We decided to come up with a revenue plan that if someone had offered it to us when we were just starting out, we would’ve taken it. With this revenue model, you pay nothing out of pocket, and we only make money if we grow your business. All of the risk is on us. Now if your business needs funding for capital expenditures, marketing, or new employees, that will be a separate transaction and will be handled on a case by case basis.
